James R. Birchmeier

Mr. Birchmeier graduated from Ursinus College in 1983, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from Ohio Northern Law School in 1986, receiving a degree of Juris Doctor.
Mr. Birchmeier is admitted to practice in the State courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a certified civil trial attorney.
Mr. Birchmeier is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Cape May County State Bar Association (serving as President), Atlantic County State Bar Association and New Jersey Defense Association. He is a court appointed arbitrator for the counties of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem.

Ms. Thompson graduated from Indiana University in 1987, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. She graduated from Ohio Northern Law School in 1990, receiving a degree of Juris Doctor.
Ms. Thompson is licensed to practice in the New Jersey State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Thompson is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Cape May County State Bar Association, Gloucester County State Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association. She is also a court appointed Arbitrator and Civil Settlement Panelist for the counties of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem. She is also a member of the District IV Ethics Committee.
Edward N. Romanik

Mr. Romanik graduated from Dickinson College in 1981, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received a Master’s Degree in Political Science in 1983 from Purdue University. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1996, receiving a degree of Juris Doctor.
Mr. Romanik is licensed to practice in the New Jersey State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Powell graduated from The University of Scranton in 1974, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1977, receiving a degree of Juris Doctor.
